We are always been the trend setter in the market with many industry first. With the vast experience in diversified energy Generation, Solar and EPC businesses, we now offer Hybrid Energy Storage System.

An Hybrid Energy Storage System combines multiple types of energy generation and energy storage or uses two or more kinds of fuel to power a generator. Generally, atleast a fuel source used to power a generator is renewable.

A Hybrid Energy Storage system or hybrid power system is positioned to become the long term power solution for Microgrids and are very promising sustainable solutions for power generation in standalone applications.

WHY HYBRID ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS ARE A GAME CHANGER FOR INDIA?

India is committed to reducing the greenhouse gas emission intensity of its GDP by 33-35%, below 2005 levels by the year 2030. With an ambitious goal of having 450 GW Power Generation by 2030 through Renewable Energy, India strives to provide Electricity to all. Hybrid energy storage systems are a valuable option in a way from India's fossil fuel based economy and they offer a sustainable option for the electrification of remote locations.

Hybrid energy Storage Systems, originally designed as a combination of conventional, non-renewable generation (e.g. diesel generators) with battery energy storage systems (BESS), their definition has now expanded to include systems that are 100% based on renewable energy [e.g., solar photovoltaic (PV) and wind], or combine different energy storage systems (e.g., BESS, Fuel Cells and Super Capacitors).

Hybrid Energy Storage Systems have grown in capacity from small, off-grid systems of a few kilowatts, typically designed for low voltage DC and AC to large megawatt systems expanding to medium voltage grid connected systems.

Such a system is designed to increase the reliability and thus usability of renewable energy sources by providing redundant energy production from conventional sources or, more efficiently, by providing storage for electricity produced by intermittent sources.

ISSUES A RENEWABLE ENERGY COMPANY IN INDIA IS FACING

An important issue in renewable energy development has been the inability to rely on intermittent renewable sources such as wind and solar energy, for base load power. It is not economical to ramp up or reduce production at large conventional base load power plants. So even if wind or solar power plants are producing enough electricity to supply both peaking and some base load demand, it does not generally offset fossil fuel based or nuclear base load energy generation.

Small, agile Hybrid Energy Storage Systems allow energy production from intermittent renewable sources into the grid more reliably. To respond accordingly to peaks and dips in renewable energy production, Hybrid Energy Storage Systems are best implemented on a small scale because small generators are more flexible. These agile Hybrid Energy Storage Systems can, when possible, be interconnected into the central grid system and function as small power plants.

OTHER BENEFITS OF HYBRID ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS

Hybrid Energy System can capitalize on existing energy infrastructure and add components to help reduce costs, environmental impacts and system disruptions. With our vast experience in Power Generation, Solar Power and Energy Storage, we can design an optimum Hybrid Energy Storage System for customers based on the availability of renewable and non renewable resources, on site specific energy infrastructure, production costs and incentive policies with a detailed report for each proposed project site.
